Dr. Laxmiprasad Dash is a highly accomplished Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist with over 10 years of experience in diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular conditions. Known for his clinical precision, ethical medical practice, and compassionate approach, he is dedicated to delivering advanced cardiac care with a patient-focused philosophy.
He completed his MBBS from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, followed by MD in General Medicine and DM in Cardiology from the prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. During his training, he gained extensive exposure to advanced cardiac procedures and management of complex cardiovascular conditions as a Senior Resident in the Department of Cardiology at PGIMER.
Dr. Dash has been recognized with the Medal of Distinction from the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India for his dedication and excellence. His clinical expertise includes adult and pediatric interventional cardiology, congenital heart disease management, complex coronary interventions, pacemaker and ICD implantation, valvular interventions, peripheral vascular procedures, and advanced cardiac diagnostics.
Before joining Krishna Vikash Hospital, Sambalpur, he served as a Consultant Cardiologist at Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bhubaneswar, where he managed diverse cardiac cases and performed advanced interventions.
